Gourd Juice

This would not be a pleasant drink but many people swear by it because due to its high concentration of fiber it causes the individual’s stomach to think that it is full and would thus help to reduce one’s constant hunger pangs. However, this does not mean that one should consume this drink throughout the day. Instead, one should take 3 meals per day but when they get hunger pangs instead of consuming processed food one can instead opt to have a glass of gourd juice.
